Terms and Condition

Axtronica Digital Studio > Terms and Condition

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Introduction

These terms explain the use of Axtronica Digital Studios’ website and the general basis on which we provide digital services. A project begins when its scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing. Browsing this website alone does not place an order. A written proposal or service agreement takes priority over these general terms if there is a conflict, subject always to applicable law.

Our services and project scope

Our services include brand identity, website and app development, SEO, GEO and AEO, mobile apps, social media, AI agents and automation, hosting and maintenance. Deliverables, schedules, revision rounds, responsibilities and support periods are defined in the agreed proposal. Additional features or changes require agreement on any revised price and schedule before work proceeds.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate instructions, timely feedback and the content, approvals and access needed for the project. You must have permission to supply and use any materials or data you provide. Share credentials through an agreed secure method, and do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Delays in required inputs may affect delivery dates; we will discuss the impact with you.

Fees and payment

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, deposits and payment milestones are stated in the quotation or invoice accepted for your project. Third-party expenses require agreement. Please raise invoice questions promptly. Any suspension for overdue payment will follow the agreement and applicable law, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate.

Delivery and approvals

Delivery dates depend on the agreed scope and project dependencies. We will communicate material changes. Review deliverables against the agreed requirements and report issues so that we can address them. Launch, migration and access handover will be coordinated with you. Hosting, ongoing updates and maintenance are included only where expressly agreed.

Intellectual property

Your existing materials remain yours. The project agreement specifies ownership or licensing of final deliverables and any payment conditions for transfer. Pre-existing tools, third-party software, fonts, stock media and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. Do not assume that third-party assets or development tools can be transferred without restriction. We will agree any portfolio use of non-public project work with you.

Responsible use and third-party services

You must not misuse the website or services, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious software or attempt unauthorised access. External platforms and suppliers have their own terms. Search rankings, advertising results, revenue and AI-generated accuracy cannot be guaranteed; we remain responsible for providing the services we agree to supply with appropriate care and skill.

Cancellation, privacy and disputes

See our Refund and Returns Policy for cancellation and refunds, and our Privacy Policy for personal information. Contact us first with any concern so we can investigate and seek a fair resolution. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable law and any valid project-specific dispute terms govern the relationship.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms for future use. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing project agreement without agreement or a lawful basis.
